You've got a lot of choices. If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you're not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice. ~Steven D. Woodhull
Greetings to all.
I am officially reviving my blog as I couldn't find the courage to shut it down. I normally get what I want when I set my mind to it... so, I am thinking with that sort of mindset, I should be able to shut down my blog if I don't want to write anymore. However, I suppose deep down inside, I still do love writing. Forget the fact that my blog readership is probably currently at level zero due to the fact that I have not updated it in the longest time; but yet, it's alright. I think, I still want to run it despite the low readership and knowing that possibly... I'm the only one reading my own writing and perhaps, maybe Zulie, Jua & Hilyah once I force them to read the fact that I have in fact revived my blog. hahahaha.
If you must know, I am currently in the best of moods as I feel content, happy and at peace with myself. You're thinking I sound like a hippy? Well, even I think I sound hippy-ish. hahahaa. But truly, I am pretty grateful for the life that I am currently living. :) It's been such a good change since the last time I dropped a note on this blog. I now wake up smiling as I should and I think I've done so many things in the last couple of months that I have really really had a blast! Several things that I have done this few months include the following:
1. Travelling around Australia. Managed to hit Adelaide, Gold Coast and Perth. Sorry Fara, will have to drop by Canberra sometime soon. Oh my sister Fara is now studying in Canberra.
2. Saw a real life Giant Panda in the Adelaide Zoo. Everyone of you out there, seriously need to see the majestic creatures for yourself as they are wayyyy better than the ones you see in pictures or even movies.
3. Went Batik making & painting which was an awesomeeee fun.
4. Visited the newly renovated Malaysian Bird Park and had birds sitting on my shoulders! How cool is that right?
5. Tutoring students in a Kumon Centre which is a very fulfilling part time activity for me as I do feel that I am helping the children little by little.
6. Ate chocolate Pizza in this little italian place in Adelaide. delicious.
7. And oh how can I forget, I've discovered a new interest and passion for sewing and designing my own clothes. I mean, since I was a little girl, I always loved to draw princesses and different sort of outfits for them but I never thought I'd actually sew, really. However, I am now teaching myself how to sew and I'm not gonna say that I'm great at it but, I'm getting better with each piece of project that I make. And am even thinking of getting my own sewing machine as Khidmah, Hilyah's sister had only loaned me her sewing machine and would be needing it back. I just can't express how excited and happy I get whenever I work on a new outfit. Gives me true joy. :) And nooooo, it's not a grandma-like hobby! hahaha.
Anyhow, I am thinking of changing the blog layout. But have yet to decide. Any thoughts?
Oh well, goodnight world.
